The Case
Neligan LLP served as Chapter 11 counsel for the owner of the Dallas Logistics Hub real estate development project located adjacent to the Union Pacific intermodal facility in southern Dallas County, and assisted the owner in successfully selling certain parcels of land, reorganizing over $150 million of debt and confirming a reorganization plan over the objection of the largest secured creditor under the Bankruptcy Code “cramdown” provisions.
