Neligan LLP served as lead Debtor’s counsel to the entertainer Curtis Jackson, who performs under the stage name “50 Cent,” in his personal Chapter 11 proceeding. Neligan LLP attorneys assisted Mr. Jackson in restructuring numerous business obligations and negotiated a consensual plan of reorganization under which Mr. Jackson paid his unsecured creditors’ claims in full and received his Chapter 11 discharge.
