The Case
Neligan LLP attorneys represented the senior lender in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of AF-Southeast, LLC and its affiliates, which owned and operated a fiber-optic cable network in the southeastern United States. The lender was the winning bidder at a sale of all of the debtors’ assets, and operated the network under the name Strome Networks until Strome Networks was acquired by Resurgence Infrastructure Group. The purchase enabled the debtors to pay all unsecured claims in full under the terms of a consensual plan of reorganization.
